中医临床医学专业研究生教育现状分析

Analysis of the Current Situation of Graduate Education in Clinical Medicine of Chinese Medicine

中医学是我国的国粹,中医的发展离不开高层次的中医人才,而如何培养高素质、创新型、应用型中医临床人才,直接关系着我国医学事业的发展前景。中医临床医学专业研究生教育是培养中医高级人才的主要途径,开展二十余年以来其培养模式已渐趋成形,但仍有诸多方面亟待完善。本文就中医临床医学专业研究生教育的现状进行综述,以期为其教育改革提供参考。

Traditional Chinese medicine is the quintessence of Chinese culture. The deve10pment of traditional Chinese medicine cannot be separated from the high level of traditional Chinese medicine, and how to cultivate high.quality, innovative and applied clinical talents directly related to the deve10pment of China ＇s medical career prospects. Chinese medicine clinical medicine graduate education is the main way to train advanced talents of traditional Chinese medicine. The training mode has been gradually formed in more than twenty years, but there are still many aspects need to be improved. This article summarized the current situation of the graduate education in clinical medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide reference for the education reform.
