摘要
目的观察PBL教学和多媒体教具相结合在中医外科常见病教学中的运用效果。方法将天津中医药大学本科学生60名,分为2组,每组30人,一组采用PBL教学和多媒体教具相结合的教学方式,另一组采用传统教学和多媒体教具相结合的教学方式。2组采取学习效果问卷调查的方式进行教学效果的评估。结果经对比研究发现,采用PBL教学结合多媒体教具教学方式的学生,其学习效果问卷调查表的分值高于采用传统教学结合多媒体教具教学方式的学生(P<0.05)。结论确立了PBL教学和多媒体教具相结合在中医外科教学中的优势,为中医外科常见病教学模式改革提供了思路和依据。
Objective To study the effect of problem.based learning(PBL) combined with multimedia mode in the teaching of com.mon diseases of surgery of TCM. Methods Sixty TJUTCM undergraduates were divided into two groups, and each group contained thirty students. Students in the study group were teaching under the PBL combined with multimedia mode. The control group applied traditional teaching mode. The learning effect through the questionnaire survey was evaluated. Results Comparing with the control group, the students under the PBL combined with multimedia teaching mode had higher scores in the learning effect questionnaire survey( P〈0.05). Conclusion The study showed the advantages of the PBL combined with multimedia teaching mode applied in teaching common diseases of TCM surgery, and provided an innovative thought and new evidence for the teaching mode reformation of surgery of TCM.
