中医教学需要探究一种新型的教学模式来培养学生的临床思维和技能。本文就如何在临床实践教学中运用PBL教学法进行了探讨。PBL教学法是以问题为基础的教学方法,针对传统中医教学的弊端,结合PBL教学法将中医临床教学中的理论知识融入显示问题和临床病例中,通过实践应用探索该教学方法在中医临床教学中的利弊,探讨其在高等医学院校中医学教学中的可行性,为中医临床学提供新的教学方法。

With the constant deepening of communication at home and abroad, the education of traditional Chinese medicine is facing a severe challenge. The quality of traditional Chinese medicine affects the inheritance and deve10pment of traditional Chinese medicine, which is related to the future and destiny of Chinese medicine. Therefore, we need to exp10re a new teaching mode to cultivate students＇ clinical thinking and skills. PBL teaching method is a problem.based teaching method, which has become a popular teaching mode in the world. Aiming at the malpractice of the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching of clinical medicine theoretical knowledge into display problem and a clinical case, we exp10red the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching method in the teaching of clinical medicine by the application practice and the feasibility of teaching in higher medical colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine, and provided a new teaching method for TCM.
