本科护生自我效能感与健康素养的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解本科护生健康素养现状,探讨本科护生自我效能感与健康素养的关系,为开展本科护生健康促进工作及制定针对性干预措施,提高健康素养水平提供参考依据。方法采用大学生《健康素养问卷》和《一般自我效能感量表》对山东省某医学院校558名护理本科生进行调查。结果本科护生健康素养水平与全国居民健康素养调查水平相当,其中健康行为、健康技能偏低;不同性别、家庭源地、父母文化程度对本科护生健康素养水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);本科护生自我效能感与健康素养水平存在正相关关系(r=0.689,P<0.05)。结论本科护生的自我效能感越高,其健康素养水平越高。 Objective To investigate the status of health literacy of undergraduate nursing students, to discuss the relationship between self.efficacy sense and health literacy, to carry out health promotion work in undergraduate nursing students and deve10p targeted interventions to improve the health literacy level, and to provide the reference basis. Methods College students' health literacy questionnaire and general self.efficacy scale were used to investigate 558 nursing students in a medical college in Shandong province.Results The health literacy level of undergraduate nursing students was similar to that of national residents. Both the health behaviors and health skills were 10w. A statistical difference was found in health literacy level of undergraduate nursing students according to different gender, home origin and the education level of parents(P〈0.05). There was a positive correlation between undergraduate nursing students' self.efficacy sense and health literacy level( r =0.689, P〈0.05). Conclusion The higher self.efficacy of undergraduate nursing students is, the higher the level of health literacy is.
