A Preliminary Discussion on the Emission Therapy of Fire Stagnancy

"火郁发之"出自于《素问·六元正纪大论》,是五郁治疗大法之一。"火郁"是临床常见的病理状态。凡是有热邪郁滞气机表现的,都可以称之为"火郁",治疗上应遵循"发之"原则,采用清解、宣散、透表、升发等治疗方法开郁清热,调畅气机。本文主要探讨"火郁"的病因病机、临床表现和治疗方法。

The theory of ＂ emission therapy of fire stagnancy＂ is original from Suwen·Liuyuan Zhengju Dalun, which is one of the treatments for five stagnations in Canon of Medicine. It ＇s a common patho10gical state in clinic. Depression and stagnation of qi caused by pathogenic heat can be called ＂ fire stagnancy＂. Upward dispersion and outward penetration all be10ng to the theory of removing the stagnation of fire. We usually choose heat.clearing, dispersing, relieving superficies and ascending therapy methods to remove the stagnation of fire and regulating qi activity. This article focused on the etio10gy and pathogenesis, clinical feature and therapy methods of ＂ fire stagnancy＂.
