温胞饮配合人工周期疗法治疗肾阳虚型卵巢早衰75例

Wenbao Drink Combined w ith Artificial Cycle Therapy in the Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure of Deficiency of Kidney Yang for 75 Cases

目的研究分析肾阳虚型卵巢早衰患者应用中药(加减温胞饮)配合西药(雌孕激素序贯)人工周期疗法治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院妇科就诊的肾阳虚型卵巢早衰患者150例,随机分为治疗组75例(加减温胞饮配合人工周期疗法)和对照组75例(仅应用人工周期疗法),观察2组患者的相关临床指标变化情况。结果治疗组75例:治愈50例,有效23例,无效2例,总有效率97.33%。对照组75例:治愈40例,有效22例,无效13例,总有效率82.67%。2组总有效率比较差异明显,经统计处理(P<0.05)。结论对肾阳虚型卵巢早衰患者应用加减温胞饮配合人工周期疗法进行治疗,临床治疗效果明显提高,在临床应用中具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine（modified Wenbao drink） combined with artificial cycle therapy in the treatment of premature ovarian failure of deficiency of kidney yang. Methods 150 cases of patients with premature ovarian deficiency in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group of 75 cases（ modified Wenbao drink combined with Western medicine artificial cycle therapy） and control group of 75 cases that used artificial cycle therapy. Changes in clinical indicators of the two groups were observed. Results In the treatment group, 50 cases were cured, 23 cases were effective, 2 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 97.33%. In the control group, 40 cases were cured, 22 cases were effective, 13 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 82.67%. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified Wenbao drink combined with artificial cycle therapy in the treatment of premature ovarian failure of deficiency of kidney yang can effectively improve the clinical effect, and has important significance in clinical application.
