浅谈国医大师孙光荣教授中和思想在老年病诊治中的应用

国医大师孙光荣教授对中医"中和"思想的研究造诣极深,创立了中医"中和"学派,并将"中和"思想推广应用于临床各科,丰富了学派学术内容,促进了中医学的不断发展。针对老年病的诊治提出了"扶正祛邪益中和;存正抑邪助中和;护正防邪固中和"的临床思路,临床中善于"调气血、平升降、衡出入、审中和",遣方用药独具特色,疗效显著。

Professor Sun Guangrong, master of traditional Chinese medicine, had profound research attainments on the ＂ Neutraliza.tion＂ thought, founded the ＂ Neutralization＂ school of traditional Chinese medicine, applied the ＂ Neutralization＂ in clinical sub.jects, enriched the academic school, and promoted the continuous deve10pment of traditional Chinese medicine. These thought of di.agnosis and treatment aimed at senile disease was proposed： Neutralization benefited from strengthening the body resistance to elimi.nate pathogenic factors, assisted by conserving the body resistance to restrain pathogenic factors, reinforced by protecting the body re.sistance to defend pathogenic factors. Professor Sun Guangrong was good at regulating qi and b10od, balancing rise and fall, measur.ing entry and exit as well as speculating harmony in clinic. His prescription and medication was characteristic and highly efficacious.
