补肾祛浊通络方治疗2型糖尿病骨质疏松症30例

Bushen Quzhuo Tongluo Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Osteoporosis for 30 Cases

目的观察补肾祛浊通络方治疗2型糖尿病骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将60例符合纳入标准的病例按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,在积极控制血糖的基础上治疗组给予补肾祛浊通络方治疗,对照组采用钙尔奇碳酸钙D3片治疗。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效86.67%,对照组为76.67%,2组患者疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组;治疗骨痛的平均起效时间与平均缓解时间治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);结论补肾祛浊通络方对治疗2型糖尿病骨质疏松症有良好疗效且未见不良反应。

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Bushen Quzhuo Tongluo decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes osteoporosis. Methods 60 cases of patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes with osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups,and each group involved 30 patients. The treatment group was given basic treatment and Bushen Quzhuo Tongluo decoction. The con.trol group was given basic treatment and Calium carbonate D3 tablets. Results The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 86.67% and 76.67%, respectively, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The bone pain onset time and respone duration of the treatment group of were shorter than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bushen Quzhuo Tongluo decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes osteoporosis has significant effect, and no adverse reactions.
