摘要
目的探究中医护理在手术室骨折患儿中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年10月—2015年10月收治的86例骨折患儿作为本次研究对象,2组研究对象均给予手术室骨折常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上结合中医护理。结果观察组术前及术中的手术适应性评分、疼痛敏感性评分、术后不良反应的发生率、术后切口愈合时间等均低于对照组,且差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨折患儿手术治疗中运用中医护理对于提高其手术治疗的依从性、降低术后并发症及改善患儿的预后都有非常重要的意义。
Objective To exp10re the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in children with fracture in operation room. Methods We selected 86 cases of children with fracture in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 as the study ob.jects. Two groups were given routine nursing care. The observation group applied traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Results The preoperative and intraoperative operation adaptability score, pain score sensitivity, the adverse reaction incidence and postoperative wound healing time of the observation group were 10wer than those of the control group, and the differ.ence had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion It has very important significance to improve the compliance of the surgi.cal treatment, reduce the postoperative complications, and improve the prognosis of the patients.
