大黄蒽醌类化合物柱色谱分离的教学实验项目设计

摘要 目的色谱分析实验中柱色谱分离实验是中药学专业学生需掌握的一个实验技能,学生通过该实验掌握实验技能外,还通过该实验掌握色谱中一些常用术语和参数的计算及意义。方法用硅胶柱色谱分离大黄蒽醌类化合物,以硅胶(200-300目)为吸附剂、石油醚:乙酸乙酯(4∶1)为洗脱剂洗脱。结果蒽醌类化合物在洗脱过程中,中能明显分离3个色带,色带间分离度良好。结论以柱色谱分离大黄蒽醌类化合物做为色谱分析中柱层析实验,完全满足实验教学需要。 Objective The column chromatography separation in chromatographic analysis experiment is one of majors of Chinese materia medica students to master the experimental skills. Through the experiment, students grasp the skill of experiment, and through the experiment, students master some common terms in chromatography and parameter calculation and significance. Methods Using silica gel column chromatography separation of rhubarb anthraquinone compounds, silica gel( 200.300 mesh) was used as adsorbent, petroleum ether, ethyl acetate(4:1) was used as the eluent elution. Results The anthraquinone compounds in the process of elution can clearly separate 3 ribbons, and ribbon between the separation degree is good. Conclusion By column chromatography separation of rhubarb anthraquinone compounds as a chromatographic column chromatography in the analysis of the experiment fully meets the needs of the experiment teaching.
