血小板减少性紫癜给予不同剂量丙种球蛋白联合强的松治疗的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Thrombocytopenic Purpura Given Different Measurement of Gamma Globulin Combined with Prednisone

目的:观察并探讨血小板减少性紫癜给予不同剂量丙种球蛋白联合强的松治疗的临床疗效分析。方法:选取2013年12月至2015年12月来我院治疗的90例血小板减少性紫癜患儿进行回顾性分析,随机分成两组:给予观察组患儿静注400mg/(kg·d)丙种球蛋白,治疗5d后联合强的松2mg/(kg·d)(每日3次),30d为一疗程;给予观察组患儿静注200mg/(kg·d)丙种球蛋白,联合强的松的用量及疗程均为观察组相同。观察两组患者在经过各自治疗后的血小板上升、达峰值以及止血时间对比。结果:经比较得知,两组患者在血小板上升时间、止血时间以及临床疗效上无明显差异(P<0.05),观察组在达峰值时间上要少于对照组,两组患者存在显著差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:丙种球蛋白联合强的松治疗临床血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效明确,不良反应少,大剂量丙种球蛋白联合强的松的达峰值时间更短,小剂量丙种球蛋白联合强的松的临床疗效基本等同于大剂量,疗效可靠。

Objective： To observe and evaluate the effect of thrombocytopenic purpura given different measurement of gamma globulin combined with methylprednisolone therapy. Mcthods： 90 cases of platelet from December 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital for treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were retrospectively analyzed, were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group were given intravenous injection of 400mg/kg.d gamma globulin （1 times daily）, for 5d 2mg/kg.d combined with prednisone （3 times daily）, 40d for a course of treatment. Observation group were given intravenous injection of 200mg/kg.d globulin （1 times daily）, dosage and treatment combined with prednisone were same as observation group. Patients in two groups were observed on the rise after the treatment of platelets, peak and hemostasis time comparison. ]Results： By comparison, two groups of patients rise time in platelet, bleeding time and clinical effect showed no significant difference （P〈0.05）. Reached peak time in observation group is less than that of the control group, the two groups of patients exist significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Gamma globulin combined with prednisone in the treatment of clinical platelet reduce purpura clinical effect, shows less adverse reactions, with shorter peak time in the large doses of gamma globulin combined with prednisone group, thus the clinical curative effect of large doses of gamma globulin combined with prednisone is basically the same as the in large doses, the curative effect is reliable.
