以内分泌科为中心的住院高血糖患者管理与经验

Department of Endocrinology-centered Management and Experience in Inpatients with Hyperglycemia

高血糖患者广泛存在于临床各科室,对于住院高血糖患者的管理也越来越引起临床医师的重视。但非内分泌的专科医师在住院高血糖管理方面面临一些亟待解决的问题。本文以同济医院的多专科合作管理模式为例,探讨了以内分泌科为中心的住院高血糖患者管理模式与经验。

Hyperglycemia occurs in inpatients widespread in departments of clinics. Management on inpatients with hyperglycemia becomes priority to attention by clinic physicians, but there are unsolved problems of management on inpatients with hyperglycemia in some disciplines except endocrinology. This article showed a novel co-management model of multiple disciplines, and investigates the department of endocrinology-centered management and experience in inpatients with hyperglycemia.
