红藤大黄汤联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎的临床效果观察

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Four Rhubarb Decoction Combined with Antibiotics in the Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:分析红藤大黄汤联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:随机将在我院诊断的盆腔炎患者116例根据治疗方式不同分为两组,在对照组58例患者临床治疗时选择抗生素,观察组58例患者临床治疗时选择抗生素联合红藤大黄汤治疗。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率96.6%,高于对照组总有效率74.1%,各症状消失时间较对照组短,P<0.05;两组患者用药无严重不良反应,仅个别患者出现轻度腹泻、恶心,未影响患者治疗。结论:红藤大黄汤联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎的临床效果确切,应用价值高。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effects of Sargentgloryvine Rhubarb decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Mothods： 116 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （58 cases） was treated with clinical choice of antibiotics, while the observation group （58 cases） were treated with clinical choice antibiotics combined with Sargentgloryvine Stem Rhubarb Decoction. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group is 96.6%, which is higher than that of the control group with the total effective rate of 74.1%. The symptoms disappear time was shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The patients in treatment group had no serious adverse reactions, except that only a few patients appeared mild diarrhea, nausea, which did not affect the treatment of patients. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Hongteng Rhubarb decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease is effective,with high application value.
