Big Data Awareness and Trade Union

大数据作为一种思维方式和哲学理念,对工会工作有较大影响。工会干部要有大数据意识,掌握大数据的运用之妙:一是动中见联,从人的行动来找到其背后的联系;二是小中见大,微情关怀草根,激活内生性力量;三是思中见实,用语言来链接大数据。由此从"本、道、术、效"4个方面去创新工会工作。"本"就是要用大数据时代思维研究就业和经济类型,工会组织要牢牢抓住影响职工的民生之本;"道",就是对美好生活的追求,就是要高度重视职工利益,工作过程中追求思行合一;"术",就是面对突发事件和群体性事件,要学会打开工具箱,沉着应对;最终实现工会工作的预期目标之"效"。

As a way of thinking and philosophy,big data has a great influence on trade union work.Trade union cadres should have big data awareness and master the use of big data—finding the connection behind human actions;showing subtle care for grass-roots and activating endogenous power;using language to link big data.It is suggested to innovate trade union work from the following four aspects：firstly,trade unions should research on employment and economic type with big data mind and firmly grasp the foundation of workers＇ livelihood;secondly,it is need to attach great importance to the interests of workers and help them achieve the aims;the third is to calmly deal with unexpected events and mass incidents with different methods and finally it is to achieve the expected goal of trade union work.
