摘要
大数据作为一种思维方式和哲学理念,对工会工作有较大影响。工会干部要有大数据意识,掌握大数据的运用之妙:一是动中见联,从人的行动来找到其背后的联系;二是小中见大,微情关怀草根,激活内生性力量;三是思中见实,用语言来链接大数据。由此从"本、道、术、效"4个方面去创新工会工作。"本"就是要用大数据时代思维研究就业和经济类型,工会组织要牢牢抓住影响职工的民生之本;"道",就是对美好生活的追求,就是要高度重视职工利益,工作过程中追求思行合一;"术",就是面对突发事件和群体性事件,要学会打开工具箱,沉着应对;最终实现工会工作的预期目标之"效"。
As a way of thinking and philosophy,big data has a great influence on trade union work.Trade union cadres should have big data awareness and master the use of big data—finding the connection behind human actions;showing subtle care for grass-roots and activating endogenous power;using language to link big data.It is suggested to innovate trade union work from the following four aspects:firstly,trade unions should research on employment and economic type with big data mind and firmly grasp the foundation of workers' livelihood;secondly,it is need to attach great importance to the interests of workers and help them achieve the aims;the third is to calmly deal with unexpected events and mass incidents with different methods and finally it is to achieve the expected goal of trade union work.
