摘要
在每年的互联网事件中,有不少与职工权益相关。其涉及权利类型是多样的,除人身方面的权利、经济权利,还有政治与文化权利。在相关事件传播过程中,意见领袖和传统媒体的作用非常大。由于互联网的国际性,相关事件的传播极易全球化。另一方面,互联网作为一种动员工具更应重视。在动员方式上,往往是线下动员和线上动员相结合的。不过,冀望互联网对职工权利状况加以根本改善也是一种奢望。
Each year,there are not a few Internet events related to the rights and interests of employees.The issues involve different types of rights,such as personal rights,economic rights,political and cultural rights.Opinion leaders and traditional media exercise great influence in the propagation of the events.Due to the international nature of Internet,the spread of the events is easy to become globalized.On the other hand,as a tool of mobilization,Internet is appreciable.Usually the mobilization mode combines online and offline mobilization.However,it is too much to expect Internet help employees have fundamental improvement for their rights.
