临床护理路径在优质护理中的优化设计与应用

Optimal design and application of clinical nursing pathway in high quality nursing

目的：在优质护理服务中为患者提供高效的护理服务,优化的服务流程,同时对单病种护理质量进行管理。方法对临床护理路径优化设计,并依托医院信息平台,建立临床护理路径信息系统,2014年7~9月在临床中应用。结果临床护理路径在临床实施中取得了明显的成效,231例患者引流管护理完成率为100%,未出现非计划拔管；与2013年同期相比住院天数缩短（ P〈0.05）；患者满意度有所提高（ P〈0.05）；护士完成护理路径记录单与一般护理记录单所需时间相比有显著差异（P〈0.05）；调查护士满意度有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论优化的临床护理路径按照优质护理服务要求,不仅为患者提供“优质、高效、满意、低耗、放心”的医疗服务,还体现了精细化、专业化的单病种专科特色护理,对单病种护理质量进行全程管理。

Objective To provide effective nursing care for patients in high quality nursing and the optimized service process, and to manage the nursing quality of single disease at the same time. Methods The clinical nursing pathway was designed and optimized. The clinical nursing pathway information system was also established based on the information platform of the hospital and was applied in the ward from july to September 2014. Results The clinical nursing pathway achieved obvious effects during the clinical implementation. The completion rate of the drainage tube care of 231 patients was 100% without no unplanned extubation . The hospitalization duration was shortened compared with the same period in 2013 （P〈0. 05） . The patients＇ satisfaction was improved to some extent. There was significant difference between the time spent on clinical nursing pathway recording and general nursing recording （ P〈0. 05 ） . The satisfaction rate of the nurses were investigated and the differences were significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions Accord-ing to the requirements of high quality nursing service, the optimized clinical nursing pathway not only provides the qualified, effective, satisfiying, low consuming and assured service for patients, but also shows the refined and spe-cialized characteristic nursing for single diseases, which manages the nursing quality of single diseases during the whole course.
