针痛消溶剂治疗静脉输液外渗的临床护理

Clinical nursing of needle pain solvent on the treatment of intravenous infusion ex-travasation

目的：研究总结针痛消溶剂治疗静脉输液外渗的临床护理经验。方法选择2013年1月10日至2015年1月20日我院出现静脉输液外渗患者80例，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷方式，治疗组采用针痛消湿敷方式，比较两组护理效果。结果治疗组总有效率92.5%明显高于对照组75.0%，对照组起效时间、消肿效果以及止痛时间其效果均差于治疗组，治疗组满意率95.0%明显高于对照组57.5%，差异具有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）。结论使用针痛消护理静脉输液外渗具有良好的临床疗效、并且起效快、消肿效果好、止痛效果好，有效促进了护患关系，提高了护理满意度与患者依从性，值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical nursing experience of needle pain solvent on the treatment of in-travenous infusion extravasation. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with intravenous infusion extravasation in our hospital from january 10 , 2013 to january 20 , 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the random number table method. The control group adopted 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress method, while the treatment group adopted the needle pain solvent wet deposition, the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 92. 5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group＇s 75. 0%. The onset time, effect of subsidence of swelling and the analgesia time of the control group were inferior to that of the treatment group. The satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 95. 0%, which was significantly higher than that 57. 5% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions Needle pain solvent shows good clinical curative effect on the treatment of intravenous infusion extravasation with rapid onset, good effect of swelling and analgesic. It effectively promote the relationship between nur-ses and patients, and improve the nursing satisfaction and the compliance of patients, it is worthy of clinical applica-tion.
