摘要
胃癌转移一般以淋巴转移和腹腔脏器转移为主,较少侵及骨骼肌.本文报道了胃癌术后单纯骨骼肌转移1例,探讨了胃癌术后骨骼肌转移的发病机理、诊断方法及预后转归.
Metastasis of gastric cancer is mainly seen in lymph nodes and abdominal organs, and the skeletal muscle is infrequently affected. This paper reports a case of skeletal muscle metastasis of gastric cancer after surgery. We also discuss the pathogenesis, diagnostic method and prognosis of skeletal muscle metastasis of gastric cancer after surgery.
