普米克令舒联合博利康尼氧气雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效分析

Effect of Pulmicort and Bricanyl Oxygen Inhalation Therapy on Children Bronchiolitis

目的:对普米克令舒联合博利康尼氧气雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效进行分析。方法:以分组比较的形式进行本次研究,观察对象选择2014年11月至2015年11月期间于江西省宜春市人民医院进行小儿毛细支气管炎治疗的98例患儿,将其按照收治顺序分为常规组和联合组,各组均分有49例患儿。对常规组患儿实施常规措施进行治疗,联合组患儿则在常规组的治疗基础上加用博利康尼氧气雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患儿的临床症状缓解时间、治疗总有效率及药物不良反应发生率。结果:分析各项观察指标可知,联合组患儿的各项临床症状缓解时间明显快于常规组;且常规组79.59%的治疗总有效率明显不如联合组的95.52%;两项指标处理结果均显示为P<0.05,可见其数据差异有统计学意义存在。比较两组患儿用药不良反应可知,常规组2.04%的不良反应发生率与联合组的4.08%相比,其差异无统计学意义存在(P>0.05)。结论:在针对小儿毛细支气管炎治疗中使用普米克令舒联合博利康尼氧气雾化吸入治疗可迅速缓解患儿疾病症状,起较为良好的治疗效果,且具备较高的安全用药价值,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To analyze the effect of Pulmicort and Bricanyl oxygen inhalation in the treatment of children bronchiolitis. Me＇tlaods： 98 cases of children with bronchiolitis from November 2014 - November 2015 in our hospital were selected for this study, and divided into routine group and combination group, with 49 cases in each group. Conventional group with routine implementation measures for treatment and combination group of children were treated with conventional therapy plus Bricanyl oxygen atomization inhalation, and the clinical symptoms, remission time, treatment efficiency and drug adverse reaction incidence of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results： The remission time in the combination group was significantly faster than that of the routine group; conventional treatment group with 79.59% total efficiency, which was obviously less than that of the combined treatment group （95.52%）, （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction in the conventional group was 4.08% compared with 2.04% in the combined group, with no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of children with bronchiolitis, Pulmicort and Bricanyl oxygen inhalation can relieve symptoms, with better therapeutic effect and drug safety, thus it is worthy to be popularized in clinics.
