科学数据出版现状及对中国农业科学数据出版的启示

Circumstance on Scientific Data Publication and Its Inspiration to China's Agricultural Scientific Data Publication

近年来数据出版进入了科学数据共享发展的新阶段,受到了数据共享界和出版界的共同关注。主要从数据出版政策、出版模式和出版中需要解决的问题等方面对国外科学数据出版的发展现状进行分析,并阐述了中国科学数据出版现状。在此基础上,针对如何促进中国的农业科学数据出版提出了相应的建议。

Recently, data publication has entered a new stage in the development of scientific data sharing,which has being concerned by both data sharing community and publishing industry. This paper analyzed the development situation of foreign scientific data publication from data publication policy, data publication patterns and the issues needed to be addressed in publishing, meanwhile elaborated the current state of scientific data publication in China. On this basis, the authors put forward corresponding suggestions to promote agricultural scientific data publication in China.
