云教室学习绩效的影响因素分析

Analyzing the Factors Affecting the Learning Performance of Cloud Classroom

文章采用质性研究方法,通过访谈、现场观察和实物收集等手段,从学习者的视角挖掘了学习者参与云教室学习并取得绩效的影响因素,发现云教室的授课教师素养、学习者自我感知以及学习支持服务是否到位等因素对云教室学习绩效具有直接的影响。在此基础之上,文章采用扎根理论构建了云教室学习绩效影响因素模型,为后续研究奠定了基础。

This paper excavated the factors affecting the learning performance of could classroom from the perspective of learners by adopting qualitative research methods, and employing interviews, observation, object gathering approaches. The teachers＇ literacy, learners＇ self-perception and learning support services had direct effects on learning performance of cloud classroom. On this basis, this paper established a model on the factors affecting learning performance of could classroom by using grounded theory, which laid a foundation for further research.
