摘要
以1,4-苯二酚为原料经选择性烃化反应、乙酰化及脱苄氢解反应得到4-乙酰氧基苯酚,然后与五乙酰葡萄糖进行糖苷化反应,最后脱乙酰保护基制备得到β-熊果苷,总收率34.7%。该方法提高了苯酚单乙酰化的选择性,简化了纯化操作步骤,提高了产品质量及收率。
4-acetoxyphenol was synthesized from hydroquinone through selective alkylation, acetylation and hydrogenolysis reaction. After that β-Arbutin was prepared through glycosidation and deprotecttion from4-acetoxyphenol and pent acetyl-β-D-glucose. Total yield was 34.7%. The method improved the selectivity of phenol acetylation, simplifies the operation steps, and improves the quality and yield of the product.
