输液管固定带固定留置鼻胃管的效果观察

The Effect of Infusion Tubes on the Fixation of Nasogastric Tubes

目的：探讨采用输液管固定带固定留置鼻胃管的效果。方法：选择我科2014年6月~2015年6月留置鼻胃管的60例患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用3 M绢丝胶布固定留置鼻胃管,试验组使用输液管固定带固定留置鼻胃管。分析两种固定方法的鼻胃管移位、脱管、局部皮肤受损、患者的舒适度。结果：输液管固定带固定法鼻胃管移位、脱管率低,局部皮肤受损轻,患者舒适度好、依从性高。结论：输液管固定带固定留置鼻胃管的方法可有效地固定留置鼻胃管,减少了鼻胃管移位、脱管,对局部皮肤无损伤,增加了患者的舒适度,患者更易接受,而且制作方法简单、取材容易、经济环保,值得临床上推广。

Objective： To investigate the effect of infusion tubes on the fixation of nasogastric tubes. Methods： Sixty cases of patients with nasogastric tubes from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group. In the control group,3m tape with high viscosity were used to fix nasogastric tubes,while,in the experimental group,the fixed line of infusion tubes were used to fix nasogastric tubes. The pipe shift and taking-off rates,local skin damage,and patient comfort of two fixation methods of nasogastric tubes were analyzed. Results： Nasogastric tubes fixed with the fixed line of infusion tubes had lower rates of pipe shift and taking-off,lighter local skin damage,better patient comfort,and higher compliance than another fixation method. Conclusion： The fixed line of infusion tubes can effectively fix nasogastric tube,reduce the shift and taking-off of nasogastric tubes,reduce local skin damage,increase patient comfort,and increase compliance of patients. This fixation method,is simple,easy-to-use,economic and friendly to environment,thus worthy of popularizing clinically.
