摘要 针对某工程燃煤水分较高(接近甚至超出煤粉锅炉常规设计水分范围)并存在变化的可能性的情况,通过煤质资料分析、煤粉锅炉及循环流化床锅炉自身的技术特点、煤种适应性、优缺点、350 MW超临界机组投产情况等技术上的比较分析,同时进行了两种炉型的初投资、运行成本等方面的经济比较分析,分析结果发现两种炉型在技术上均可行,各有利弊;初投资上煤粉锅炉方案高,运行成本上煤粉锅炉方案占优。最终结合工程实际情况,推荐采用循环流化床锅炉方案。 For a coal-fired water high (close to or even beyond the pulverized coal furnace conventional moisture range) and there is the possibility of change, through the analysis of coal quality data, technical characteristics of pulverized coal boiler and Circulating Fluidized Bed boilers, coal adaptability, advantages and disadvantages, 350 MW ultra supercritieal generating units put into operation technology of comparative analysis, and the comparative analysis of the two furnace type of initial investment, operation cost and other aspects of the economy, the result of the analysis shows that the two furnaces in technology are feasible, each has advantages and disadvantages; initial investment in pulverized coal fired boiler scheme, operating cost for pulverized coal furnace for dominant. According to the actual situ- ation of the project, the project of Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler is recommended.
