摘要
磨损作为循环流化床锅炉重要失效形式之一不容忽视,而随着水冷、汽冷分离器的出现分离器磨损研究显得相当必要。采用模拟与实验相结合的方法,通过数据对比及理论公式分析,论证了针对该实验台借助分离器内压力场分布间接反映分离器内磨损状况的可行性,并为循环流化床锅炉炉内磨损部位预判提供理论支撑。
As one of the important failure forms of Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler, wear can not be ignored. With the water cooling and steam cooling separator, it is necessary to study the wear of the separator. In this paper, the method of combining simulation and experiment is used to analyze the data. The feasibility of using the pressure field distribution in the separator to reflect the wear condition of the separator is demonstrated, and to provide theoretical support for the wear parts of the furnace in the Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler.
