摘要
设计了具有红外测温、自主供电与图像监控功能的装置。该装置采用ST公司以ARM Cortex-M3内核的高性能低功耗STM32作为主控制器,利用光伏发电、MPPT技术为装置提供稳定的电源,以内置激光瞄准器的红外传感器采集待测点温度信号,通过STM32单片机对传感器的信号进行处理后,将监测到的数据用GPRS网络传送到监控中心,利用数据图形对比模块,把分析结果及报警提示通过语言模块传达给值班人员。
This paper designed the infrared temperature measurement device with independent power supply, and image monitoring function. The device by ST companies with arm Cortex-M3 kernel of high performance and low power consumption STM32 as the main controller is designed. The use of photovohaic power generation, MPPT technique for device provides stable power supply to built-in laser sight infrared sensors to collect the temperature signal is tested. By STM32 microcontroller on the sensor signal processing, monitor data with GPRS network is transmitted to the monitoring center. Using graphic data comparison module, the result is analyzed and the alarm by the module language is conveyed to the guard on duty.
