摘要
为了掌握不同天然居群新疆野苹果的抗寒性,研究新疆野苹果可溶性蛋白和保护酶对低温胁迫的响应差异,以新疆霍城县、巩留县、新源县、托里县和额敏县5个地区新疆野苹果林内休眠的1年生枝条为实验材料,通过人工模拟低温胁迫处理后,测定其可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,最后分析各指标对低温胁迫的响应差异,推断其抗寒性差异。结果表明,不同天然居群新疆野苹果抗寒性为:托里县野苹果>额敏县野苹果>巩留县野苹果>霍城县野苹果>新源县野苹果。
In order to grasp the cold resistance of Malus sieversii in different habitats,Malus sieversii forest dormancy annual branches in Xinjiang Huocheng County,Gongliu County,Xinyuan County,Tuoli county and Emin County,a total of five areas were used as the experimental material,through artificial simulation of low temperature treatments and to determine the soluble protein content,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities,peroxidase(POD)activities and catalase(CAT)activities,finally to analyze the difference of each index in response to low temperature stress,and infer the differences of their cold resistance.Result showed that the cold resistance of Malus sieversii with different natural population were as follows:Toli County Malus sieversii Emin County Malus sieversii Gongliu County Malus sieversii Huocheng County Malus sieversii Xinyuan County Malus sieversii.
