摘要
通过田间试验,研究了前期在实验室条件下筛选出的6组菌种组合对灰枣根际土壤养分及枣果品质的影响。施用植物根际促生菌(Plant Growth Promoting Rhizo-bacteria,PGPR)菌剂后灰枣根际土壤养分及枣果品质普遍高于对照组,其中固氮菌N21+解磷菌Py8+解磷菌Pw19+解钾菌K11组合碱解氮含量在萌芽期较对照增加11.39mg/kg(P<0.05),速效磷含量在花期较对照增加10.23mg/kg(P<0.05),幼果期时土壤中速效钾含量较对照增加65.75mg/kg(P<0.05),而土壤中有机质含量各处理间差异不明显(P>0.05);与对照组比各植物根际促生菌菌剂处理枣果中可溶性总糖、维生素C含量增加明显(P<0.05),而可溶性蛋白质及有机酸含量差异不明显(P>0.05)。通过对各处理土壤及枣果品质指标分析得出,固氮菌N21+解磷菌Py8+解磷菌Pw19+解钾菌K11组合的综合应用最好。
The effects of 6species groups of compond microbial inoculant from the test conditions on the Rhizosphere soil nutrient and fruit quality of Ziziphus jujuba were studied by the field experiments.After application of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizo-bacteria(PGPR),Ziziphus jujubarhizophere soilnutrients were generally higher than that of the control,among which nitrogen-fixing bacteria N21+phosphate bacteria Py8 +photosphate bacteria Pw18 +potossium solubilizing bacteria K11 solution nitrigen content in the bud increased by 11.39 mg/kg.The content of available P in mature period were higher than that of control by 10.23mg/kg.The content of available P in young fruit period were higher than that of control by65.75mg/kg(P 0.05).While the content of different organic matter in the soil had no significant differences with different treatments(P 0.05).The content of soluble total surgar,Vitamin C in PGPR treated with jujube fruit were significantly higher than that of control(P 0.05).While there were no significant differences between soluble protein and organic acid content(P 0.05).The indexes from the treated soil and jujube fruit quality were indicated that the integration results from nitrogen-fixing bacteria N21+phophate bacteria Py8+phosphate bacteria Pw18+ potassium solubilizing bacteria K11 were predominantly accepted.
