摘要
医保费用支付标准是医疗保险机构向医疗服务机构支付医药费用的原则与方法总称,是对医疗服务项目成本费用的补偿标准。研究医保费用支付标准,是引导药品价格合理形成与控制医疗费用过快增长的需要。按照"病种分类,平均先进"的总体思路以及"指数排名"方法确定医保费用的具体支付标准。
Payment standard of medical insurance cost is the generic name of principles and methods regarding medical insurance institutions paying to medical service units,which is a compensation standard.Studying the payment standard of medical insurance cost is necessary for guiding medicine prices to a reasonable level and controlling the rapid growth of medical cost.The specific payment standard of medical insurance cost should be decided according to the overall thought of＂classification of diseases,average advanced＂and based on the method of＂index ranking＂.
