高职课堂情感教育探讨

摘要 教育教学中的共情是指教师设身处地从学生的角度设计教学、审视教学;根据学生的基础与需求,及时妥善地调整教学的目标与要求,改进教学方法,激发学生学习动力,从而提高课堂教学效果。共情在高职教学中的运用主要体现在课程设计与课程实施中,共情课堂气氛促进教学相长过程,不仅有助于提高学生学业与社会性发展,也同时促进教师职业水平的提高。 Empathy in education means that a teacher should stand on the students' feet when designing and viewing his teaching.He should reasonably adjust the teaching objectives and requirements according to students' foundation and needs to inspire students,improve teaching methods and effects.The application of empathy is realized in class design and implementation,which is not only helpful for students' learning and social development,but also improve teachers' professionalism.
