Study on the Influence of the U. S and European Countries' Sanction on Russia's Economic Development

乌克兰危机后,欧盟和美国对俄罗斯实施了多轮严厉的经济制裁,给俄罗斯经济发展造成了重大创伤,导致俄罗斯国内经济下行趋势明显,使其争夺周边小国的地区一体化战略不断遭到挫败,国际影响力不断下降。在目前经济制裁并未解除的情况下,俄罗斯采取多项措施缓解经济下行压力:对内积极进行国内经济转轨,转变经济增长拉动力,调整产业结构,稳定卢布币值;对外加强与周边地区的"去美元化"金融合作,构建与其他经济体的经济战略发展联盟等,以突破欧美经济制裁困局。

After the Ukrainian crisis,the European Union and the United States have implemented several rounds of harsh economic sanctions on Russia,which greatly hurts Russia ＇s economic development,leading to a clear downward trend of Russia ＇s domestic economy. Furthermore,it frustrated Russia＇s regional integration strategy of wooing surrounding countries and decreased its international impact. Before the lifting of economic sanctions,Russia government has taken many measures to alleviate the pressure of economic decrease： domestically being active in economic transition,the adjustment of economic driving force and economic structure transformation,and stabilizing the value of Rouble; externally strengthening the financial cooperation with ＂dedollarizing＂surrounding area,and build strategic economic alliances with other economies to break through the western economic sanctions dilemma.
