摘要
利用2000—2014重庆市人均地区生产总值、总人口数、房地产开发投资等相关数据,建立BP神经网络模型,通过与实际数据进行比较和误差分析,验证该模型在房价预测中的有效性。并预测重庆市2015、2016年的房价,以期给政府部门制定房价宏观调控措施提供参考依据。
This paper uses Per Capita GDP of 2000—2014,total population,real estate development investment and other related data of Chongqing,and establishes a BP neural network model. By comparing with actual data and error-analyzing,the validity of the model is verified in the house price forecast. Through forecasting Chongqing house price in 2015 and 2016,It＇s expected to provide a reference for the government to take macro-control measures for housing price.
