市场监管是政府的重要职能之一,公正健全的市场监管体制对培育良好的市场秩序和维护公共安全有着极其重要的作用。从机构设置、职能配备和配套措施3个方面对我国当前政府市场监管体制中存在的问题进行扫描,对问题成因进行理论及实践层面的剖析,并力求在监管型国家治理模式的指引下对完善我国政府市场监管体制给出方向,这对正处于转型期中的我国政府正确处理政府与市场的关系、促进经济社会健康有序发展具有一定的现实意义。

Market regulation is one of the important functions of the government,and a just and sound market regulation system is rather significant to cultivate the good market order and safeguard the public security. The article describes the current problems in government market regulation system from institution setting,function equipment and supporting measures,and analyzes the theoretic and practical causes of the problem in order to give direction for the improvement of Chinese government market regulation system under the guidance of the regulatory state governance model. It has certain practical significance for our government to properly handle the relationship between government and the market,and promote the healthy and orderly development of economy and society in a transition period.
