摘要
两湖文学宜作为一个整体看待,西部为"武陵"文学,中部为平原水乡文学,东部为山地文学,武汉、长沙则为都市文学。视两湖为一体,是因为从自然地理、史籍方志、文学文本和民间认同等层面来看,两湖地域一直是一个作为整体存在的"感觉文化区",其整体"共名"即为"楚"。两湖地域还具有相似的人文环境,官员、学者、作家、艺术家等彼此往来密切,由此形成相似的文化禀赋和传统底色,拥有共同的文化心理认同和相似的民间习俗。从历史的众数和文化生成发展的时空共性层面,结合两湖人文环境与整体文化认知,两湖文化难分此畛彼域,"两湖是一家",很有必要从区域整体的角度,研究其文化与文学的互动关系。
The literature of Hubei and Hunan should be seen as literature of a whole area, which includes "Wuling" literature, Central Plains literature, Eastern Mountain literature, Wuhan, Changsha urban literature. Located on lake district, two provinces have been felt as a cultural integrity and shared the surname of Chu and sustained similar humanistic context. Therefore, officials, writers, artists, scholars of this area have developed such an intense relationship in many aspects, from cultural tradition to literary convention, from psychological identity to folk customs that it is necessary both methodologically and geologically to reconsider the interactive relationship of culture and literature in two provinces.
