摘要
勤工助学是学校资助工作的重要组成部分．而以勤工助学的形式组织贫困学生参与图书馆的管理工作是高职院校扶持贫困学生减轻他们经济负担的一项重要机制，同时也缓解了图书馆人力资源紧张的状态。文章通过对高职院校在馆勤工助学学生的工作现状分析，阐述了加强对图书馆勤工助学学生有效管理的必要性．
On-campus work is an important part of the funding system of the university. It is an es- sential mechanism of the university to financially support the students who are in poverty by allowing them to do the on-campus work at the university library, which mitigates the labor shortage at the library at the same time. This essay analyzes working state of students doing on-campus work at vo- cational colleges, elaborating on the necessity of exerting effective management of on-campus-work students at libraries.
