摘要
目的探讨沙盘游戏对抽动障碍患儿的干预效果。方法将40例抽动障碍患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。两组均行规范化药物治疗。对照组同时行常规康复干预;观察组行一对一分阶段沙盘游戏干预。连续6个月后评价效果。结果观察组行为评分及抽动症状整体评分显著低于干预前及对照组(均P<0.01)。结论针对抽动障碍患儿,在规范药物治疗的同时,采取一对一分阶段沙盘游戏心理干预,可有效矫正患儿行为问题。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of sandplay therapy in children with Tourette's syndrome. Methods Forty children with Tourette's syndrome were randomized into two groups of 20 receiving either conventional rehabilitation intervention or stagebased one to-one sandplay therapy respectively on the basis of standardized drug treatment. The effect was compared after 6 months of intervention. Results The total Yale Global Tie Severity Scale (YGTSS) score and Child Behaviour Checklist score in the observation group were significantly lower after the intervention than the baseline level and the control group (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Stage-based one-to-one sandplay therapy was an adjunctive treatment of Tourette's syndrome, contributing to shaping children's behavior.
