护士患者安全文化认知及专业实践环境调查分析

Staff perceptions of patient safety culture and professional practice environment

目的了解护士对患者安全文化的认知及专业实践环境状况,分析影响因素,为改进护理工作环境和加强患者安全文化建设提供参考。方法汉化患者安全文化量表及专业实践环境量表,对744名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果患者安全文化认知12个维度条目均分(3.27±0.54)^(4.52±0.37)分,同意率72.93%,得分最高和最低的维度分别为对错误的非惩罚反应、人员配置;专业实践环境8个维度条目均分(2.34±0.62)^(3.25±0.45)分;护理实践环境、护士工作满意度及护士职称是患者安全文化认知的影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论护理实践环境得分越高、工作满意度及职称越高的护士患者安全文化认知越好。

Objective To study the status and factors affecting perception of patient safety culture and professional practice environment among nursing staff, and to provide information for further intervention. Methods A total of 744 nurses were invited to complete the Chinese version of Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture （HSPSC） and Professional Practice Environment scale （PPE）. Results Twelve dimensions of the HSPSC scored between （3.27±0.54） and （4.52±0.37）, with the scoring rate being 72.93%. The dimension of nonpunitive response to errors scored the highest and staffing scored the lowest. Eight subscales of the PPE averaged from （2.34±0.62） to （3.25 ±0.45）. The professional practice environment, job satisfaction and professional title were factors contributing to perception of patient safety culture （P〈0.05 ,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Those nurses who had more positive attitudes toward professional practice environment, higher job satisfaction and professional title, have a better perception of patient safety culture.
