摘要
目的了解养老机构护理员职业认知与工作投入现状,分析其影响因素及两者相关性,为改进相关管理对策提供参考。方法抽取长春市34所养老机构的223名护理员,运用一般情况调查问卷、养老机构护理员职业认知调查问卷及中文版工作投入量表进行问卷调查。结果护理员职业认知总分81.95±8.16,5个维度中最低得分为工作满意度(3.56±0.79);工作投入总分50.44±6.69,3个维度中最低得分为活力(3.76±0.64)。职业认知与工作投入呈正相关,职业认知中的职业认同、工作满意度、对工作的胜任程度及工作热情4个维度是工作投入的主要影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论护理员职业认知处于中等水平、工作投入处于中等偏高水平;改善其工作满意度有利于维护和提高护理员工作投入活力,从而进一步提高护理员工作投入。
Objective To investigate the levels and relationships of professional cognition and work engagement among nursing aides from elderly care institutions in Changchun. Methods A total of 223 nursing aides were selected from 34 elderly care institutions in Changchun and were investigated using a self-designed general information questionnaire, the Professional Cognition Scale and the Chinese version of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. Results The overall professional cognition score was 81.95±8. 16, with the subscale of job satisfaction being the lowest (3.56±0.79). Engagement at work scored 50.44±6.69, with the lowest score in subjective vitality (3.76 ±0.64). Professional cognition was positively correlated with work engagement. The subscales of profes sional identify, job satisfaction, work competence, and work enthusiasm in the Professional Cognition Scale were main predictors of work engagement (P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01). Conclusion Professional cognition was at moderate level in nursing aides, while work engagement level was somewhat below average. Improving job satisfaction is helpful to promote vitality, thus to enhance engagement at work in nursing aides working in elderly care institution.
