系统化心理护理在妇产科腹腔镜手术麻醉患者中的效果

The Effect of Systematic Psychological Care in Obstetrics and Gynecology Laparoscopic Surgery Anesthesia Patients

目的分析系统化心理护理在妇产科腹腔镜手术麻醉患者中的应用效果。方法选择医院40例妇产科腹腔镜手术麻醉患者,对照组接受常规护理,观察组加行系统化心理护理;比较两组手术前后心理状态变化及不良反应情况。结果术后1 d,观察组抑郁及焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应发生率(15.0%)低于对照组(30.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统化心理护理有助于缓解妇产科腹腔镜手术麻醉患者的焦虑及抑郁情绪,减少术后不良反应发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of the systematic psychologi~：al care in obstetrics and gynecology laparoscopic surgery anesthesia patients. Methods 40 patients in the hospital received obstetrics and gynecology laparoscopic surgery anesthesia, the control group received usual care, observation group received systematic psychological care. Before and after surgery mental status changes and adverse reactions in lwo groups were compared. Results After 1 day, depression and anxiety scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Incidence of adverse reactions postoperative in observation group was （10.0%） lower than the control group （20.0%）, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic psychological care of obstetrics and gynecology laparoscopic surgery anesthesia can help ease anxielv and depression, reduce postoperative incidence of adverse reactions.
