Application of Wachat and Wachat Public Platform in the Management of Modern Medical Imaging

主要从医学影像学在日常教学管理工作、医学继续教育学习、远程会诊、医学影像科科务管理、科室及区域影像中心质控管理与沟通这几个方面,探讨微信及微信公众平台在其中的应用,对应用过程中存在的问题进行思考,如:Wifi覆盖率、智能手机的普及率、影像资料来源的合法性、影像图片的清晰度、患者隐私的保护、医师个人空间的保护、会诊费用的收取、相关责任的划分、法律监控制等,这些都需要在实践中摸索完善。

This paper discusses the application and thinking of the wachat and wachat public platform in the management of modern medical imaging. Mainly from the medical imaging science in daily teaching management, consultation and remote medical consultation and medical imaging department of radiology provided management and regional image quality control center management and the communication, to explore the wachat and wachat public platform application. Moreover, there are some problem in the application process of thinking, such as: Wi Fi coverage rate and smartphone penetration rate, image clarity, patient privacy protection, physicians' personal space protection, consultation fee collection and related to the responsibility of the division, the legal supervision system is not perfect, which requires in practice groping perfect.
