摘要
目前,全国许多高校都把素质拓展运动引入到了大学生公共体育课程中,但是其可行性一直缺乏较为科学的理论论证。在《全国普通高校体育课程教学指导纲要》的视角下,探讨素质拓展运动融入大学生公共体育课的路径。用文献法、逻辑思维法对素质拓展运动和传统大学生公体课的关系进行分析。素质拓展运动重综合素质的培养,传统大学生公共体育课重运动技能的传授。素质拓展运动要想真正融入大学生公共体育课程必须要做如下调整:(1)加强体育教师能力的培养与完善;(2)配备一定的体育设施和用品;(3)要加大运动强度;(4)着重培养一两项运动技能。
Background: now many colleges and universities in China have introduced quality - ori- ented movement to the students" public physical education curriculum, but its feasibility is lack of scien- tific theoretical evidence. Objective : based on "Physical Education Curriculum Guiding Outline for Com- mon Institutes of Higher Learning in China" , to explore the path of quality - oriented movement in col- lege students'public physical education courses. Methods: the relationship between the quality- oriented movement and the traditional college students'physical education is analyzed by using the method of liter- ature, logical thinking. Results and conclusion: quality -oriented movement emphasizes the comprehen- sive quality, while traditional university student's public physical education pays attention to the sports skill. If quality- oriented movement is really integrated into college students" public physical education courses, the following methods should be adopted, (1)strengthening the cultivation and improvement of physical education teachers'ability; (2) providing certain sports facilities and supplies ; (3) increasing the intensity of exercise; (4)focusing on training one or two sports skills.
