基于里氏硬度测量的P92钢及焊缝布氏硬度的计算 被引量:7

摘要 为了解决电厂实际硬度测量不准而导致的不适当的修理和更换的问题,采用不同的热处理条件和回火条件分别模拟母材和焊缝的不同硬度状态,并利用一系列硬度对比试验得到P92钢母材和焊缝的里氏硬度和布氏硬度正确的转换关系.结果表明,P92钢母材和焊缝的直读布氏硬度值均比真实布氏硬度值要低,利用文中得到的正确的硬度转换关系,能准确的检测出P92钢母材和焊缝服役过程中的布氏硬度. For the aim of dealing with the improper repairmen and replacement induced by inaccurate hardness measurement of the P92 components,the samples with various harnesses were prepared under the different heat treatment processing conditions for P92 base metal and then tested under the Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness approaches,respectively. Thus,the relationship between Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness of base metal and welded metal of P92 steel was obtained. The results revealed that for P92 base metal and welded metal,the direct Brinell hardness form the portable Brinell hardness equipment was higher than the actual Brinell hardness. In addition,the constructed relationship between the Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness could measure the accurate Brinell hardness of the in-service P92 components.
