酸化剂对断奶獭兔生长性能、肠道消化酶活性和腹泻的影响

Acidifier on Growth Performance of Weaned Rex Affect the Digestive Enzyme Activity and Intestinal Diarrhea

本试验旨在研究在断奶獭兔日粮中添加不同水平酸化剂对其生长性能、肠道消化酶活性和腹泻的影响。试验选取体重相近的35日龄断奶獭兔72只,随机分成4个组,每组3个重复,每个重复6只。对照组饲喂不添加酸化剂的基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂添加0.05%、0.1%、0.15%酸化剂的试验饲粮,试验期35天。结果表明,饲粮中添加0.1%和0.15%酸化剂提高了断奶獭兔平均日增重(P<0.05),降低了料重比(P<0.05);饲粮中添加三个水平酸化剂均提高了断奶獭兔十二指肠中脂肪酶活性(P<0.05)。添加0.1%酸化剂提高了断奶獭兔十二指肠中淀粉酶活性(P<0.05)。添加0.05%酸化剂降低了断奶獭兔盲肠中纤维素酶活性(P<0.05),添加0.1%和0.15%酸化剂提高了盲肠中纤维素酶的活性(P<0.05);添加0.1%和0.15%酸化剂降低了断奶獭兔的腹泻率和死亡率(P<0.05)。结果证实,在断奶獭兔饲粮中添加酸化剂可以促进獭兔生长,降低腹泻率和死亡率。本试验条件下,并结合经济效益因素,该复合酸化剂在断奶獭兔饲粮中的适宜添加量为0.1%。

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of acidification in weaned Rex Rabbit diets agent on the growth performance,digestive enzyme activity and effect of intestinal diarrhea. Similar weight of 35 day old weaned Rex Rabbit 72 were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups, with 3 replica- tions per group, 6 chickens in each replicate. The control group fed diets of Acidifier, test groups were supple- mented with 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.15% Acidifiers test diet, test period 35 days. The Results showed that the diet containing 0.1% and 0.15% acidifier increased the average daily gain of weaning Rex rabbits （P〈0.05）, decreased feed conversion ratio （P〈0.05）; the diet containing three levels acidification increased the lipase activity in the duodenum of weaned Rex Rabbit （P〈0.05）. To improve the amylase activity in the duodenum of 0.1% weaned Rex Rabbit Acidifiers （P〈0.05）. Lower cellulase activity in weaned Rex Rabbit cecum added acidifier （0.05% P 〈 0.05）, adding 0.1% and 0.15% acidification agent to improve the cecum cellulase activity （P 〈 0.05）; adding 0.1% and 0.15% acidifier reduces the weaned Rex rabbit diarrhea rate and mortality （P 〈 0.05）. Results confirm, in diets for weanling rabbit added acidifier can promote the growth of Rex Rabbit, reduce diarrhea rate and mortality. Under the condition of this experiment, and combined with the factors of economic benefit, the Compound Acidifiers in diets for weanling rabbit suitable addition amount of 0.1%.
