摘要
为了解决厚层软弱顶板巷道变形量大、支护困难的难题,采用数值模拟手段分析了和顺正邦煤矿原支护条件下应力分布规律,提出优化巷道断面巷道形状、围岩薄弱区加固、采取综合支护的围岩控制技术,并采取超强锚杆、锚网索联合支护和薄弱区域注浆加固的综合支护措施,采取优化的围岩控制技术和综合支护措施后,应力集中区应力峰值比原支护方式降低了63.64%,两帮相对移近量减小了28 mm,减小25.93%,顶底板移近量降低46 mm,降低了58.23%,工作面推进40 m后巷道顶底板相对移近量不再变化,厚层软弱顶板应采用综合支护技术。
In order to solve the high deformation and difficult support problems of the gateway with the thick and soft roof,the numerical simulation means was applied to analyze the stress distribution law under the previous support condition in Heshun Zhengbang Mine. The paper provided the optimized cross section shape,the reinforcement of the surrounding rock weak area and surrounding rock control technology with the comprehensive support. A comprehensive support measure with the super power bolt,the bolt / steel mesh / anchor combined support and the grouting reinforcement of the weak area was applied. After the optimized surrounding rock control technology and comprehensive support measures conducted,the stress peak in the stress concentrated area was reduced by 63.64% and the relevant convergence between the two sidewalls was reduced with 28 mm and was reduced by 25.93%. The convergence value between the roof and floor was reduced with 46 mm and was reduced by 58.23%. After the coal mining face was pushed forward with 40 m,the relevant convergence between the roof and floor was no changed and the comprehensive support technology should be applied to the thick and weak roof.
