“一面六巷”瓦斯治理模式在煤层群开采中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对近距离煤层群在开采过程中邻近层瓦斯会大量涌向回采煤层,造成回采工作面瓦斯涌出量大、瓦斯治理难度高、工作面回采速度慢的问题,提出了"一面六巷"的瓦斯治理模式,即在6条巷道内施工抽采钻孔,在工作面回采前利用工作面顺层钻孔预抽本煤层的瓦斯,在工作面回采过程中利用顶底板巷穿层钻孔抽采邻近煤层的卸压瓦斯,将这种瓦斯治理模式运用在新庄孜煤矿62210保护层工作面,结果发现:该工作面在回采期间瓦斯抽采率达90%以上,回采过程中回风流中最大瓦斯体积分数为0.15%,工作面月平均回采长度达140 m,大幅提高了工作面的回采速度,从根本上解决了工作面在回采过程中瓦斯带来的安全问题。 According to the high gas emission from the coal mining face,high gas control difficulty and slow mining speed of the coal mining face was caused by the high gas from the adjacent seam running to the coal mining face in a closed distance seam group in the mining process,a gas control mode with six gateways per coal mining face was provided. That was to say that the gas drainage borehole drillings were conducted within the six gateways. Before the coal mining operation of the coal mining face conducted,the gas pre-drainage of the mining seam was conducted with the boreholes in and along the seam of the coal mining face. During the mining process of the coal mining face,the roof and floor boreholes passed through the strata were applied to drain the pressure released gas in the neighboring seams. The gas control mode was applied to No. 62210 coal mining face in the protective seam of Xinzhuangzi Mine. The results showed that during the mining period of the coal mining face,the gas drainage rate was over 90%. During the mining process,the max gas volume fraction in the air returning flow was 0.15%. The month average length of coal mining face reached 140 m and mining speed of coal mining face was highly improved. Therefore,the safety problem caused by the gas in the mining process of the coal mining face was fundamentally solved.
