变频式皮带输送机功率平衡的控制研究

以皮带输送机在运输过程中存在着原煤负载不均、易造成电动机之间的负载分配不均的现象为研究对象,提出了对于多点驱动的皮带运输机按照转矩对其负载进行分配,利用功率跟随控制方式,主电动机的变频调速方式采用速度闭环式,从电动机依据主电动机提供转矩所给定参数对其进行控制,从而实现主从电机之间的功率平衡。
