摘要
分析从对刀具的材料和几何参数、零件加工工艺流程、零件加工切削要素、消除加工应力的热处理方式以及消除材料氧化的切削液的合理选择等方面,探讨薄壁铝合金加工变形消除工艺技术,通过实证对其加工技术进行细致的研究,希望可以对今后薄壁铝合金零件的变形控制有一定的帮助作用。
This paper analyzes the cutting tool material and geometric parameters, the parts processing process, parts machining cutting elements, eliminate stress of heat treatment, and eliminate the reasonable selection of cutting fluid material oxidation, etc., discusses deformation of thin-walled aluminum alloy processing to eliminate technology,through the empirical research on the processing technology of a detailed, deformation control of thin-walled aluminum alloy parts in the future is hope can have the certain help.
