摘要
选用了三种不同加固材料以及六种粘结剂对高强超薄膜材试件的夹持段进行加固处理,以找出避免此类膜材在单轴拉伸试验中出现的试件夹持段滑移、断裂现象的有效方法.根据试验材料破坏形式以及考虑试验成本,最终选择铝片作为加固材料,3M胶作为粘结剂.将选定的方法用于飞艇蒙皮材料GQ-6膜材的单轴拉伸试验.试验结果表明,加固方法有效且膜材力学性能参数可为飞艇蒙皮材料的强度设计及安全性评估提供理论参考.
Three kinds of materials and six kinds of binders had been used to thicken the ends of specimens made of high-strength and ultrathin membrane to avoid slipping and fracture happening on the clamping end of specimen in tensile experiment.According to the failure mode of specimens and the experiment cost,aluminum and 3Mglue were considered to be the best combination to enforce the specimen ends.An effective method had been used on uniaxial tensile experiment of airship's skin material GQ-6.Results show that the method of reinforcing the ends of specimens is effective and the uniaxial tensile properties of GQ-6membrane are valuable to the design and safety evaluation of research on airship's skin membrane.
