高校图书馆作为人类文明传承的重要载体之一,能否在当前知识急剧增长和快速更新的环境中,着眼于学校学科建设和专业发展实际,及时有效地做好知识收集、汇总、甄别、传递等二次加工处理工作,影响着高校图书馆在新时期能否有效服务学校教学、科研和人才培养等工作,同时也决定着自身在同行业中的地位和影响力。通过着眼于当前高校特色化发展的主流趋势,研究分析高校图书馆如何以定向服务为策略打造特色图书馆,并最终服务于高校特色化发展。

University library is one of the important carriers of human civilization.With the rapid increasing Knowledge and updating environment,whether the work of library in universities could effectively serve teaching,scientific research and talent cultivation is affected by the following secondary processing work as focusing on school discipline and professional development to collect,summarize,identify and pass down knowledge timely and effectively.It also determines its status and influence in this field.This paper focuses on the main trend of the specialized development,and makes analysis on how to build up specialized library with the service-oriented strategy,so as to serve the development with distinctive features in universities.
