摘要
《伤寒论》是一部辨证论治的专著,一直是高等中医药院校中医教学的主干课程。因多种因素的影响,辨证论治思维、临床疾病处置能力的培养成为《伤寒论》教学最薄弱的环节。基于CBL教学法,构建课堂教学、网络辅学、临床实践教学多元化教学模式,将《伤寒论》的教学始终置于临床氛围之中,不断提高学生辨证思维能力、创新能力及应用经方解决临床实际问题的能力,是经典理论教学的深化和优化。
The Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases is a monograph of syndrome differentiation and treatment, and has been the backbone teaching courses of higher colleges and universities of Chinese medicine. Because of the influence of many factors, treat-ment based on syndrome differentiation thinking and the training of clinical disease treatment became the weakest link of teaching of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases. Based on CBL teaching method, we constructed the classroom teaching, network teaching and clinical practice teaching diversification auxiliary mode, and put the teaching of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases into the clinical atmosphere, which improved students' syndrome differentiation thinking ability, innovation ability and application to solve actual problem ability. It is the deepening of the classical theory teaching and optimization.
